Individualized Care
We specialize in serving adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and creating person-centered programs that combine personal choice and community integration with professional oversight, family involvement and stability.
Day Programs
Community involvement, whether through employment or other activities, is essential for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to grow, develop skills and make friends. Our day programs for adults offer a wide variety of structured activities, social interaction and skill building opportunities—enriching the lives of those we support and the community as a whole.
Through individualized service plans, focused on helping individuals reach their personal goals, we provide training and support enabling individuals to become more independent. Our support services include:
- Self-care
- Social Skills
- Housekeeping Tasks
- Money Management
Our Day programs also provide individuals with the opportunity to develop skills through volunteer work, community integration events and recreational outings.
In addition, we offer community exploration as an alternative to structured day programs. Community exploration allows individuals to be involved in supported employment based on their specific interests. This has included volunteer work at soup kitchens, animal rescues and other activities that have been matched and tailored to each individual’s interests.
